How to cancel
Two ways, either one is enough. Tell us the community name and the email address you used at checkout.

We process every request within one business day and send you a written confirmation. There is no retention call and no form to fill in.
Email supportWhen your cancellation takes effect
Monthly plans ($47 per month). The subscription stops renewing the moment we process your request. Your Verified Listing benefits continue to the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and no further charge is made.
Annual plans. The subscription does not renew at the end of the term. Your benefits continue for the remainder of the year you paid for. We do not refund unused time on an annual plan.
Your community stays in the directory either way. Cancelling ends the Verified Listing subscription, not the listing itself.
If a charge looks wrong
Write to [email protected] within 30 days of the charge and we will look into it and correct anything we got wrong. Charges appear on a card statement as BATTLEBRIDGE. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us before disputing it with your bank. We can usually identify it the same day.
Who bills you
Ultimate Senior Resource is operated by Battle Bridge Labs, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and any legal action arising under it is brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
