1. What a Verified Listing includes
A Verified Listing carries the USR Verified badge on your community profile, priority placement in directory search results, the ability to update your own listing information, and direct support from our team.
We complete verification within one to three business days of purchase, once we have confirmed that you own or manage the community.
2. Billing
A Verified Listing is a recurring subscription: $47 per month on the monthly plan, or annually at the rate shown at checkout. Volume rates apply to operators listing multiple communities and are shown at checkout.
The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You receive an email receipt for every charge, and charges appear on a card statement as BATTLEBRIDGE.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Monthly subscriptions stop renewing immediately and benefits continue to the end of the paid billing period. Annual subscriptions do not renew and benefits continue for the remainder of the paid year; we do not refund unused time on an annual plan.
4. Accurate information
You confirm that you are authorized to claim and manage the community you are purchasing a listing for, and that the information you submit is accurate.
We may suspend or remove a listing that misrepresents a community. Where we do, we refund the unused portion of any prepaid period on a pro rata basis.
5. General
Ultimate Senior Resource is operated by Battle Bridge Labs, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and any legal action arising under them is brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
