Grace Management, Inc. Senior Living Communities

Grace Management, Inc. has managed senior living communities since 1984 and is part of CPF Living, the operating platform tied to the investment firm Chicago Pacific Founders. The company says it has run more than 200 communities over its history. Its current community list shows 63 locations in 22 states. Florida has the most with 13, followed by Arizona with 10 and Texas with 6, and the rest are spread across the Midwest, the Southeast, Maine, Nevada, Utah, Idaho and Minnesota. Several of them joined recently through acquisitions or new management contracts, including The Legacy of Venice, Rivertown Ridge and four Vista Pointe communities in Arizona and Nevada.

The mix is broad. Some locations are independent living apartment buildings, several run as 55+ active adult communities with cottages or townhomes, and many combine independent living, assisted living and memory care on one campus. A few, such as Palm Bay Memory Care, are memory care only. Memory care follows Grace's own program, called The Village Program, and short respite stays are offered at many sites. Two Minnesota buildings in Plymouth are city housing authority properties that Grace manages.

Grace describes a resident program built around purpose, curiosity, creativity and fun, a dining program based on seasonal menus, a guided first 90 days after move-in, and a pet-inclusive policy it calls Pets Are Family Here. Pricing is set community by community. Families should ask each location which care levels it is licensed for, what the monthly rate includes, and how the monthly rate changes as care needs grow.
