Phoenix Senior Living is a privately held senior housing company based in Roswell, Georgia, led by CEO Jesse Marinko. It works mainly in suburban towns across the Southeast, and its community list shows 54 locations in 10 states. Georgia has the most with 17, followed by Alabama with 11 and Kentucky with 7, and the rest are in South Carolina, Missouri, North Carolina, Arkansas, Louisiana, Virginia and Florida.

Assisted living is the center of the portfolio, offered at 44 of the 54 communities, with memory care at 33 and independent living at 11. Three campuses in Kentucky and South Carolina also include skilled nursing. The company names its communities by type, which helps when comparing them: The Bungalows are assisted living communities, mostly in Missouri, Arkansas and Kentucky; most of The Pearl communities focus on memory care; and The Neighborhood, The Retreat and The Phoenix names are used for larger assisted living and memory care campuses, several of which Phoenix took over from other operators and renamed.

Phoenix describes its approach as personalized care built around each resident's history and routines, and it runs intergenerational programs that bring children and residents together. Because a number of buildings have changed names in recent years, families searching older listings may find them under a previous name. It is worth asking each community which care levels are licensed there, how pricing changes between assisted living and memory care, and whether financial assistance options are available.
