Sinceri Senior Living Communities

Sinceri Senior Living is a senior living operator based in Vancouver, Washington. The company traces its roots to 1986 and Jerry Erwin Associates, a memory care specialist, and took the Sinceri name in 2021. Much of its growth since then has come from taking over day-to-day management of communities for their owners, and its own community finder now lists 136 locations in 27 states, with the largest groups in Florida, Texas, Ohio, Oregon and Wisconsin.

Assisted living is the core of the portfolio, offered at about 110 of the 136 communities. Memory care is available at 74 and independent living at 52, and many buildings combine two or three levels so a resident can stay in the same place as needs change. Memory care follows a program Sinceri calls Meaningful Moments, which starts from each resident's life story, work and interests, while independent and assisted living residents have a life-enrichment calendar called Elevate. Several memory care communities still carry the older "Alzheimer's Special Care Center" name.

Every Sinceri community page posts a starting monthly rate. In September 2026 those ran from about $1,700 to about $8,200 a month, with a typical figure near $3,900, and the final price depends on the apartment and the care plan. The company points to its Great Place to Work certification and its partnership with the Alzheimer's Association. Because many Sinceri buildings joined the company in the last few years, families should ask each community when the current team took over and how care needs are assessed and priced.
