Prairie Heights Memory Care

When a parent with dementia can no longer stay safely at home, a dedicated memory care building is often the next step. Prairie Heights Memory Care, at 7513 Mitchell Road in Eden Prairie, serves only residents living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. Sinceri Senior Living operates it.

Care is organized as Sinceri's Evermore Neighborhood and follows its Meaningful Moments approach, which builds daily life around each resident's history and interests. Listed programs include daily planned activities, music, sensory and aromatherapy sessions, arts and crafts workshops, movie nights and gardening and greenhouse activities. Meals are chef prepared. The goal is to keep residents engaged in ways that match who they were before the diagnosis.

Common areas are designed like a town square, with lounges that have fireplaces, a library with reading nooks, and a beauty salon and barber shop. A secure garden courtyard with walking paths lets residents spend time outside. Private dining is available for family meals. Sinceri posts a starting rate of $4,495 a month (September 2026), which depends on the suite and care needs. Staff are on site around the clock.
