StoryPoint Group Senior Living Communities

StoryPoint Group is a senior living operator with a history spanning more than 40 years. Its communities appear under several names on one website. StoryPoint covers most assisted living and memory care communities. Independence Village covers independent living apartments in Michigan and Tennessee, while Danbury and Spring Leaf operate in Ohio and Beò operates in Tennessee. StoryPoint has also taken over buildings from other operators, including several former Dominion Senior Living communities in Kentucky and Tennessee and a group of New Perspective communities in Minnesota and Wisconsin. New Perspective buildings that still carry that name have separate pages in this directory.

This directory includes 202 StoryPoint Group communities across 11 states. Michigan has the most with 66, followed by Ohio with 46, Iowa with 20, Minnesota with 17 and Indiana with 16. StoryPoint also has smaller groups in Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois, Wisconsin, Texas and Massachusetts. Most locations offer assisted living and memory care, and about half include independent living apartments. Some buildings offer StoryPoint’s own care tier called enhanced living. A few locations are active adult rental communities with no care services.

Many StoryPoint community pages publish a starting monthly price, with rates varying by apartment and care level. Families should ask each location which care levels are licensed on site, what the starting price includes and how care charges increase as needs change.
